Human Review:: Conversations with the CRESI Concierge may be reviewed by human advisors at CRESI to facilitate follow-up and client communications.
No Advice:: Nothing provided by the CRESI Concierge constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our platform:

OpenAI:: Used to generate answers and embeddings for the CRESI Concierge and to process chat message text.
Google Analytics (GA4):: Used for website traffic and usage analytics, subject to data privacy controls and PII stripping mechanisms.
GoHighLevel:: Used as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform to manage leads, contact records, and internal communications.

Our web infrastructure and databases are hosted on servers located in Vancouver, Canada, ensuring Canadian data residency.
